CACHE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

Cache, better known as Overcharge, is a professional hero whose electrical powers come from an overproduction of electricity within the nervous system. Though granting him the ability to transfer that electrical output, it comes at the expense of his legs, which resulted in a double amputation at a young age. His prosthetic legs were altered to help regulate his production of electricity to prevent further damage to his body.
